About Guided Birding & Photography Tours
Why I Do This
My camera's seen more birds than I can count - 655 species and counting. For me, birding is how I escape all the noise. Every bird’s got its own drama, and I love sharing those stories with anyone who’s curious, not just those chasing perfect shots.
What You Get on Tour
It’s nothing like sitting at home with a documentary. Out in the field, we catch it live - the fights, the parenting, all the weird stuff birds do. I’ll help you spot action before it happens, understand what’s going on, and get your camera in the right spot so you’re not just snapping randomly. If you’re into wildlife photography expeditions, this is hands-on stuff.
Types of Birding Adventures
- Big expeditions chasing rare and migratory birds during peak seasons. We hit bird migration tours India style, moving across hotspots.
- Hide-based bird photography for those who want close-ups and don’t mind chilling quietly for hours to get the shot.
Places We Explore
I know the Himalayas, Western Ghats, deserts, forests, and even spots abroad. Each place is a universe of its own. You’ll find everything from Himalayan Monal to African Grey Crowned Crane, depending on where we head.
The Real Takeaway
It’s not just about your camera roll. I want you to walk away knowing a bit more about the birds, their quirks, and why they matter. If you come back with a real story behind every photo, that’s a win for me.

My Story
Hey, I’m Ragesh. Birds are my world – I’ve clocked 655 species so far, and I’m still chasing more. From Pulicat’s wetlands to Kenya’s wild, I’ve lugged my camera just for that one shot. Every year, I sneak off to my favourite wild spot, just to breathe and watch. Birds are funny – some busy, some lazy, all with their own drama. That’s what I try to show in my photos, real and raw.
My Work
Wildlife & Bird Photography - I capture birds and wildlife as they are, in their natural habitats. Prints, publications, or just for your wall.
Candid Bird Moments - I focus on real, unscripted scenes – a Hornbill feeding, a flycatcher bathing, life as it happens.
Bird Behavior Stories - Each shot tells a bit about how birds live, fight, eat and survive. It’s about their story, not just the photo.
Go Where the Birds Are - I travel, wait, and blend in – from Western Ghats to African savannas – to find rare bird species.
