Vastu for Plot and Property Selection
Before you break ground, ensure your land is working for you. I analyze plots for correct shape, slope, and road orientation so you build on a foundation of success.
Is your plot lucky? This carousel introduces the must-know Vastu rules for selecting land.
Square or rectangular plots are the best, as they bring prosperity, success, and overall growth.
Irregular shapes like ovals, triangles, or parallelograms should be avoided as they can cause financial loss, disputes, and mental unrest.
The roads around your plot have a major impact. Roads on all four sides bring rapid growth, while a T-Junction can cause major misfortunes.
Cuts and extensions in a plot are critical. A North-East cut can lead to financial loss, while a North-East extension can bring excessive wealth.
The ultimate goal is to choose plots with the correct shape and road alignment for a life of peace, growth, and happiness.
When buying land, the slope is very important. The land should be higher in the South and West and lower in the North and East. Always choose a square or rectangular plot.
About this collection
Most people call me after construction starts, asking how to fix a 'bad' house, but often the issue began with the land itself. The slope of your plot is a physical reality that dictates energy flow—if your land is elevated in the South or West and slopes down toward the North or East, you are starting with natural stability. If your plot has an irregular shape or a T-junction hit, it creates an energetic blockage that no interior remedy can fully fix later. Get the base right first.
Most clients come to me after they have already paid a deposit or started construction, only to find they are fighting against the property. Vastu is about how space interacts with nature, and the land is the first chapter of that story.
The Geometry of Growth A square or rectangular plot is the baseline for balance. It handles energy symmetrically. When you introduce irregular shapes like triangles, ovals, or trapezoids, you create 'damp' zones where energy gets trapped. For commercial shops, a wide-front reverse trapezoid might have a specific function, but for a home, it usually spells instability.
Slope is Not Negotiable When I conduct an on-site audit, I use a digital compass and precision level. The rule is simple: South and West should be the high ground (the 'mountain') and North and East should be the low ground (the 'water'). If your property slopes the other way, you are literally fighting gravity and energy every single day.
My Audit Process When you hire me for a property selection or audit, I don't give generic advice. I look at:
- Road Alignment: A road on all four sides is rare but excellent. A T-junction hit? That is a high-stress point that needs immediate, practical correction.
- Geopathic Stress: I use Lecher Antennas to check if your land has negative earth radiation lines that could impact your sleep, health, or mental clarity.
- Foundation Logic: I guide you on where the borewell, entrance, and main structure should sit based on the exact degree of your plot's orientation, not a generic compass direction.
Vastu is 90 percent hard work and 10 percent luck. The right land selection gives you that edge, but you still have to do the work to make it succeed.
