I capture the essence of sacred architecture in resin, blending spiritual reverence with modern design. These pieces bring the quiet beauty of sites like the Ajmer Sharif Dargah into your living space.

This video shows my resin art piece of the Ajmer Sharif Dargah installed in a beautifully designed modern home. It demonstrates how spiritual art can seamlessly blend with contemporary interior design.

About this collection

When I recreate sites like the Dargah, the magic is in the layering. I start with a sage green and marble-effect resin base to provide depth, then apply precision-cut gold mirror acrylic for the architectural structures. This creates a floating, 3D effect that shifts and catches the light differently depending on where you stand in the room.

Creating architectural art in resin requires more than just pouring materials. It demands an understanding of how light interacts with gold leaf and acrylic. For these shrine pieces, I use a heavy-duty MDF board as the substrate to prevent warping, which is essential given the thick, multi-layer resin pour.

I focus on the contrast between the 'soft' marble swirls—usually a blend of sage, beige, or white pigments—and the 'hard' geometry of the gold mirror structures. The borders are finished with crushed glass and crystals to add a tactile, premium weight. Whether it is the Ajmer Sharif Dargah or other sacred sites, the goal is to make the piece feel less like a flat print and more like a captured moment of peace. If you are planning to install this in a living room, office, or prayer space, keep in mind that these pieces are substantial in weight; they arrive with D-ring or French cleat systems pre-installed for secure mounting.

I’m Mustafa. For me, art is a way of sharing a bit of sanctuary. Every piece of architectural art I make—like the Dargah series—is a prayer poured into resin. I love that my work can sit in a modern home and still bring that feeling of stillness.
