Legal Practice and Professional Court Representation
A look at my daily practice, balancing private client consultations at my Jalahalli West office with active representation in Bengaluru family courts.

About Additional Media
Choosing the right legal path starts long before we reach the courthouse. I focus heavily on the initial case merit analysis to determine if we can reach a settlement through mediation or if we must initiate litigation. My work is about giving you an honest, factual assessment of where your case stands within the Bengaluru family court system.
My Approach to Litigation
Legal work in Bengaluru requires navigating complex procedural requirements. Whether I am drafting a mutual consent petition or preparing to contest a divorce, my strategy remains the same: thorough preparation. I rely on detailed document reviews and evidence collation to build a strong legal theory. This is essential for protecting your interests regarding alimony, asset division, and child custody.
Settlement vs. Courtroom
Many clients ask if they should fight in court or settle. My advice depends entirely on your specific circumstances. We look at the facts—marriage history, evidence, and financial footprints—to decide the best route. If a settlement is possible, we move quickly to draft a watertight Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to prevent future disputes. If litigation is necessary, I provide representation for initial filings, interim applications, and trial arguments.
Other Areas of Practice
Beyond family law, I assist clients with property registration, criminal defense, and motor accident claims. Every case is treated with the same level of professional discipline, ensuring you are kept informed at every stage of the process.
