Behind the Decks: How I Build Your Custom Mixes
See where the noise becomes music. I’m pulling back the curtain on how I layer beats, match BPMs, and craft the tracks that actually get people moving.
Who says you need a club to make music? I took my decks to the riverside to create this mix of "Oops" and "Sadqay". I find inspiration everywhere and can create a track with a specific vibe, whether it's for a travel vlog or a unique entry song.
Just me, my decks, and a mountain view. I believe the environment I'm in influences the music I create. This is the kind of relaxed, scenic vibe I can channel into a custom mix for your travel videos or a chill event.
A little peek into my home studio setup where I was working on a mashup of "Shake it to the max" and "Mayya Mayya". This is where I spend hours blending tracks and perfecting the sound for your custom music projects.
Back in the lab, this time working on a mix of "Arjan Velly" and "Drippy". You can see my process is all about feeling the music and experimenting until the transition is just right. Every track I make gets this level of personal attention.
It's all about the details. This is a close-up shot of my hands on the Pioneer mixer, executing a quick transition during a live set. My technical skill ensures the music flows perfectly, keeping the energy high without any awkward pauses.
About Behind the Decks
It’s not just about hitting play. When I’m in the lab, I’m obsessed with the transition—the split second between two songs where the energy either spikes or drops. Whether I’m layering a heavy techno kick over a Bollywood classic or syncing an entry track for a Sangeet, I’m checking waveforms to make sure the beat matching is seamless for your venue's sound system.
Inside the Lab
Most DJs just hit play on a Spotify playlist. That isn't how I work. When you book a custom mix, you’re getting audio that is engineered for your specific crowd. I spend hours in my studio in Delhi NCR because I know that a three-minute track can make or break a Sangeet performance or an Instagram reel transition.
The Process
- Vibe Check: First, we talk about the energy you want. Are we going for high-octane Bollytech, or something chill and melodic?
- Beat Matching: I align the tempos (BPM) so your songs blend into each other without those awkward silence gaps. No pause, just pure flow.
- Mastering: I don't just dump an MP3 file. I master your tracks to sound punchy on massive venue PA systems, so the bass actually hits in the chest, not just on your phone speaker.
Why Custom Audio Matters
If you're planning a choreographed dance or a bridal entry, timing is everything. You need a mix that hits the crescendo exactly when you walk onto the stage. I build these tracks with 'markers' so you know exactly when to start your moves.
I deliver high-quality WAV files, usually within 24 to 48 hours. If the cut isn't sitting right or you need the volume normalized for a specific hall, we make it happen. I'm all about making music that feels like you, not just generic stock remixes.
