Getting the consistency right is half the battle. I mix my own organic paste 24 to 48 hours before your booking to ensure it flows perfectly, which is why you see such sharp, defined lines in these photos. Unlike store-bought cones, this freshness is the secret behind the deep, rich stain that lasts well beyond the wedding festivities.
When you see these photos, you are looking at more than just a final design. You are seeing the result of hours of work, starting with a cone I rolled myself just a day before.
Why the paste matters
If you have ever struggled with lumps or runny lines, you know the frustration. My organic henna paste is triple-sifted and mixed with essential oils, which allows me to achieve that buttery smooth flow. This consistency is essential for the fine, intricate line work you see in my palace and peacock motifs.
The layers of the process
I always begin with a clean outline. Whether I am sketching a grand palace window or fine floral vines, the structure needs to be perfect. Once the boundary is set, I start the filling process.
