Is it Safe?

Any surgery carries risks. In my practice, I tell patients upfront that no medical procedure is 100% risk-free. However, when you go to a qualified plastic surgeon, you are choosing someone trained not just to perform the surgery, but to manage complications if they arise. Can I Fix My Body Any Way I Want?

This is where 'realistic expectations' come in. I often see patients bringing photos of celebrities and asking to look exactly like them. I avoid operating on extreme ends of the age spectrum just for aesthetic reasons because your body's healing ability is different at those stages.
