About Actor & Model Portfolios
A professional portfolio needs more than just a good smile; it needs proof that you can sell a brand or play a character. During our session, we will shift through at least four distinct looks—from clean, casting-ready headshots to high-contrast, moody fashion portraits—to ensure you have the versatility to land the work you actually want.
Building a portfolio is not about taking 500 photos and hoping one sticks. It is about strategy. My goal is to provide you with a Z-card that actually speaks to casting directors and agencies. When we shoot, we focus on the details that make the difference: lighting that defines your facial structure, wardrobe choices that show your range, and posing direction that brings out your unique confidence.
Whether you need a clean headshot for a commercial casting or a bold, editorial frame that feels like it belongs in a fashion magazine, we will get it done. My studio in Sanpada is equipped for high-end studio sessions, or we can head out to the streets of Mumbai to catch that raw, urban energy if your look demands it.
Here is how we typically structure a session:
- The Headshot: Clean, well-lit, and direct. This is what you send for auditions. It needs to show you at your most professional.
- The Range: We experiment with posing and expression. We will shoot color and black-and-white to show you can handle different moods.
- The Fashion Edge: This is where we bring in the 'editorial' feel—bold lighting, creative angles, and strong silhouettes.
I also handle the retouching process personally. You will get high-end skin correction that looks natural, not plastic, because casting directors need to see the real you. If you have a specific vision or a mood board you have been working on, bring it to the shoot. Let’s break the rules a bit.

I am Akash. I don’t believe in boring, formulaic shots that look like everyone else's. I want to capture that one spark—the attitude that makes you, you—and turn it into a magazine-quality frame that gets you noticed.
