Custom Cafe & Commercial Mural Art
I turn commercial walls into visual stories. My approach is to blend your brand identity with the space itself—turning pipes, arches, and fixtures into part of the artwork.
For this pizza cafe's exterior, I illustrated their bestsellers in a quirky doodle style. This section features "Joey's Favourite" pizza, a fun nod for F.R.I.E.N.D.S. fans, with the artwork even wrapping around a pipe.
"Don't leave me c-al-zone!" I love adding food puns to my cafe murals. This calzone illustration was part of a larger food-themed artwork designed to be fun and memorable for customers.
Sometimes the canvas isn't a wall, but glass. Here I am, lost in the process of painting custom illustrations directly onto the window panels of a cafe.
This project involved painting on removable glass panels. It's a great option for businesses that want custom art without permanently altering their walls.
A view from my workspace while painting the glass panels. You can see the illustrations of a moka pot and a motorcycle coming to life, ready to be installed at the cafe.
About this collection
For cafe and shop murals, I don't just see a flat wall. I look for existing elements—like exposed pipes, light switches, or quirky alcoves—and find a way to incorporate them into the design. It makes the art feel like it's part of the building's architecture, not just a layer stuck on top of it.
When I take on a commercial project, the goal isn't just to paint; it's to create a visual experience for your customers.
My Approach to Commercial Art
- Space Integration: I treat obstacles as opportunities. If your cafe has exposed piping or awkward pillars, I’ll find a way to weave them into the mural concept. It changes the vibe from 'something needs covering' to 'this is a piece of art.'
- Brand Storytelling: I don't believe in generic decor. Whether it's a pizza shop that needs quirky food puns (like my 'Don't leave me c-al-zone' illustration) or a retail store needing a custom logo integration, I dig into what makes your brand unique.
- Flexible Execution: I know cafes and shops have business hours. I can coordinate to work during off-hours to ensure your operations aren't disrupted while the mural comes to life.
Glass & Non-Wall Surfaces
Not every brand needs a wall mural. I also paint directly onto glass panels, windows, and metal surfaces. This is a great solution if you want custom branding that doesn't permanently alter your walls or if you are in a rented space where you need to move the art later.
