About Luxurious Residential Interiors
When we approach a residential project, our focus is on structural honesty and material interplay. Whether it is the brass inlay work in a 3000 sq.ft. apartment or the neo-classical moulding in a farmhouse, we ensure every detail serves both aesthetic grandeur and daily function.
Our process begins with the architectural brief. We analyze the site, the natural light patterns, and the client’s lifestyle to determine the spatial flow. For luxury residences, we often employ neo-classical elements such as cornices and wainscoting, which provide a sense of history and permanence. These are balanced by modern interventions, such as floor-to-ceiling glazing and open-plan layouts that connect indoor living areas with the exterior landscape.
Materiality is central to our practice. In projects like the Mehalin Farmhouse, we used a palette of soft beige tones and natural stone to ground the structure within its 4.5-acre setting. Conversely, in the Prata House, our approach shifted to a more contemporary mood, utilizing deep blue accents against warm wood paneling to create a sophisticated urban interior.
Technical execution is as vital as the concept. Our turnkey services include complete structural re-configuration, 3D visualization, and MEP drawings. We work with premium finishes including Italian marble, engineered wood, and high-performance glass partitions. Whether we are planning a quiet reading nook or a grand drawing room, the intent is to create a home that feels both expansive and deeply personal. We invite you to view our process from initial concept to the final, built reality.
