Straight Talk on Legal Realities for Criminal Cases
Legal trouble can feel overwhelming. You need a clear path forward, not vague promises. Here is how I handle criminal defense in Delhi, from FIR analysis to court arguments.
A frank piece of advice. Showing off strength or aggression can land you in a legal battle that will drain your youth and your family's resources. Think before you act.
My approach is to be so well prepared that arguing with me is a losing battle. A strong legal argument is the best answer in any dispute.
About Straight Talk on Legal Realities
When you are facing a criminal charge, the first 45 minutes of a consultation matter more than anything else. I use this time to review up to 50 pages of your FIR or charge-sheet documents. We do not guess. We look at the arrest risk, the strength of the evidence, and the specific section of the law you are dealing with so you know exactly where you stand.
No Sugarcoating, Just Facts
Facing a police case is a high-pressure situation. I believe in giving you a real, practical assessment of where you stand. Whether you are dealing with a cyber crime allegation, an NDPS matter, or a domestic violence section 498A case, my strategy is based on facts and procedure, not empty assurances.
My Process
Legal strategy involves more than just showing up in court. It requires a deep dive into police charge-sheets, witness statements, and forensic reports.
- Initial Assessment: We start with a 45-minute deep-dive consultation to go through the FIR and legal notices.
- Bail Strategy: I handle everything from drafting and filing the application to arguing for your release before the Session Judge. I will guide you on whether an anticipatory bail or a surrender strategy is safer for your situation.
- Court Representation: My work takes me across Delhi NCR regularly. I am active in the Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, and district courts like Saket, Rohini, and Karkardooma. If you need representation in UP or MP, I am available to travel.
- Trial Defense: If the case goes to trial, I handle the cross-examination preparation, manage the procedural hurdles, and keep you updated on hearing dates so you are not blindsided.
My goal is to handle the legal paperwork and the courtroom battle while you focus on navigating the rest of your life.
