About Resources for Growth: The 'Lawyers4Lawyers' Initiative
The library at Rohini Court was built by our team in just 20 days specifically to bridge the resource gap for first-generation lawyers, providing a quiet, dedicated space to draft, research, and prepare for arguments. Beyond the physical space, I designed the Lawyers4Lawyers app to help you navigate daily practice, from bail rosters to court procedures, so you never have to face the complexities of the legal system alone.
Navigating a legal career in Delhi without family connections is challenging. I built this initiative to ensure you have the support I wish I had when I started. The library at Rohini Court offers a distraction-free environment for young advocates to study, consult, and build their professional foundation.
Why these resources matter
- Real-world preparation: My mentorship approach moves past textbook theory. I focus on chamber economics, police station protocols, and client management—the practical realities of criminal litigation.
- Technology for advocates: The Lawyers4Lawyers app provides quick access to daily needs, making the transition from law school to court practice smoother.
- Support for first-generation lawyers: Whether you are deciding between litigation and the judiciary, or need help with a draft, these resources provide a structured path.
How we work together
I believe that growth is a collective effort. My practice is built on the principle of the 'WE', where senior and junior associates collaborate to learn, represent, and grow. Through our 1-on-1 sessions and court shadow days, I share the lessons I learned through my own mistakes. If you are struggling with the pressure of a criminal case or need help setting up your own practice, my chamber is open. You will find a family here that is committed to transparency and helping you build a reputable career.
