About Leadership & Service to the Bar
My approach to leadership is rooted in the belief that true progress comes from collective action. When we renovated the Rohini Court creche, we didn't rely on existing bar funds; we collaborated with external partners to deliver a modern facility for our members at zero cost. This is the 'WE' principle in practice—using our network to create tangible welfare without burdening the association’s resources.
Leadership at the RCBA is not about titles, but about the impact we make on the daily lives of our advocates. My focus has always been on creating a supportive infrastructure, such as the renovation of the creche, which ensures that our members can focus on their court work while their families are cared for. I am equally passionate about fostering camaraderie, which led to events like the RCPL Box Cricket Tournament—a chance for us to step away from the pressure of the courtroom and connect as a fraternity.
My work extends into mentorship, where I teach young lawyers that the strength of our profession lies in unity. Whether it is Independence Day celebrations that bring us together or the daily tasks of ensuring the bar remains welfare-oriented, I am committed to a path of transparency. I do not just handle cases; I strive to ensure that the institution of the Bar itself works for those who serve the cause of justice. When you look at these photos, you are not just seeing events; you are seeing the effort to build a culture of mutual respect and collective growth in Delhi.
