Practical Legal Solutions Outside the Courtroom
Stop getting stuck in endless litigation. I focus on alternative dispute resolution like mediation and arbitration to save your time, money, and sanity.
This is my preferred setting for resolving disputes. I believe arbitration and mediation are often more effective and less stressful than traditional litigation, giving you more control over the outcome.
About My Approach to Law
Many people assume that legal resolution requires years of kachahari ke chakkar (court rounds), but this is rarely the only path. In my mediation practice, we work to find a settlement in weeks rather than years. Whether you are dealing with a family dispute or a commercial contract disagreement, I act as an impartial facilitator to help both sides reach an agreement, keeping the process private and entirely under your control.
Why I Prioritize Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Most people think legal battles only happen in front of a judge. In reality, aisa kuch nahi hai bhai (that’s not how it works). The court system is overburdened, and a typical litigation case can drag on for years. ADR, which includes mediation and arbitration, offers a way out that is often faster and less draining.
The Benefits for You:
- Privacy: Unlike open court proceedings, mediation happens in a controlled, private environment. Your personal or business matters stay between us.
- Control: You and the other party decide the outcome, not a judge who has hundreds of other cases to look at.
- Efficiency: We work on your schedule, not the court's calendar.
Mediation vs. Arbitration: What do you need?
People often confuse the two, but they serve different purposes.
Mediation is about finding common ground. I act as an impartial third party to help you and the other side negotiate. It is ideal for family disputes, divorce, or partnership disagreements where relationships might still need to be preserved.
Arbitration is for when you need a final decision but want to avoid the procedural nightmare of District Courts or High Courts. I represent you before the Arbitral Tribunal to present your case clearly and concisely.
If you have a dispute in Delhi, NCR, or Allahabad, let’s see if we can resolve it without stepping into a courtroom. I review your documents, assess the merit of your case, and tell you straight if litigation is avoidable.
