My Story

Life’s a circus, isn’t it? Sometimes wild, sometimes calm. Yoga kinda helps me walk that tightrope. I call what I do ‘Yognaman’ – Yog for discipline, Naman for greeting from the soul. Not gonna lie, I’ve messed up, taken breaks, got lazy. Coming back was tough, but it taught me honesty and self-kindness matter more than showing off. Yoga’s my language for freedom and just feeling alive.
