My Story
Macarena in 4th grade—who knew that’d kickstart a lifelong love for movement? I opened my studio not just for fitness, but for community. Here, we mix tradition with sweat—Janmashtami brings classical dance, Holi means 'rang barse' and laughter. My own journey’s wild—recently did my first ice bath, felt like an 'ikk kudi' (new girl).
