Our workshops are divided into two main formats because we know different riders have different needs. If you are in Jaipur, our sessions at the SOP Arena are about building the engine. We focus on cyclist-specific strength, core power, and endurance drills that keep you riding stronger for longer. It is the consistent, weekly work that pays off on the climbs.
The Mukteshwar Experience
When we head to the trails in Mukteshwar, the focus shifts to technical application. We work on the "process"—how to approach a steep downhill, how to position your body for a berm, and how to maintain momentum through rock gardens. You aren't just following us; we are stopping to break down every movement. We also dive into the practical side of MTB that most riders overlook: bike suspension setup, trail-side repairs, and sports nutrition tailored for high-altitude riding.
