Strength & Conditioning in Jaipur Fitness isn't just for the gym. At the SOP Arena, we run three sessions a week specifically for cyclists. We focus on:
- Core & Lower Body Power: Building the strength required for tough climbs.
- Injury Prevention: Flexibility drills that keep you riding for years, not just weeks.
- HIIT for Cyclists: Cardio endurance that mimics the intensity of a race, ensuring you don't gas out halfway through a long expedition.
