We are a crew of national racers, downhill specialists, and fitness coaches who believe the best way to master the trail is to learn from those who ride it every day.
Our lead coach, Rakesh Rana, shares details about an upcoming MTB workshop in Mukteshwar. With experience in some of the world's toughest races like the Tour of Dragon, he specializes in training for cross country (XC) and long-distance endurance events.
We are thrilled to have Raghav on the team. As a national-level XCM rider and an experienced bike technician, he brings a deep understanding of both high performance riding and the mechanics of the bike itself to our workshops and training sessions.
Meet Bhavna, our sports and fitness coach from Jaipur. She leads our dedicated group sessions and integrates her expertise in strength, flexibility, and posture for bikers into all our programs to help prevent injuries and improve on-bike handling.
This is Kevi, our downhill and enduro specialist, during the MTB Meghalaya race. His intense focus and technical skill are what make him an incredible coach for anyone looking to improve their confidence and control on challenging descents.
About Meet Our Expert Coaches
Our coaching doesn't come from a textbook, but from years of racing and riding. When you train with us, you’re working with people who know the struggle of a high-altitude climb and the thrill of a technical descent. We focus on the details that actually matter: how you set up your suspension, how to corner without braking mid-turn, and the specific strength work that keeps you injury-free on long rides.
We keep it real. Whether it's Rakesh guiding you on cross country (XC) endurance, Kevi teaching you to attack a downhill section, or Bhavna fixing your posture in our Jaipur fitness sessions, we prioritize hands-on learning. We don't just tell you what to do, we ride the trails with you.
Our training covers three main pillars:

Technical Skill: From basic bike maintenance with experts like Raghav to advanced cornering, berms, and drops. We help you understand your machine so you aren't stranded on a trail.

Physical Fitness: Strength and conditioning specifically for riders. We use HIIT and mobility drills to prepare your body for the unique demands of mountain biking, focusing on core strength and lower body power.

Race & Expedition Prep: For those looking to level up, we offer specific coaching for high-altitude endurance events like the Tour of Dragon or MTB Himalaya. We help with pacing, nutrition, and mental strategy.
We operate out of two main bases: our Mukteshwar camp for intensive weekend bootcamps and our training hub in Jaipur for regular strength sessions.
