Here's the 3-day itinerary for my wellness retreat. It's a balanced mix of asanas, meditation, journaling, nature walks, and community bonding to nourish your mind, body, and soul.
Our evenings turned therapeutic with meditation and breathing exercises. As the sun dipped, we turned inward, finding peace and stillness together.

We started our mornings with light stretching and pranayama. It's the perfect way to ground yourself and awaken your body and mind for the day ahead.
The next day, we got better at those stretches. Showing up again, stronger and more aware, the process of aligning mind and muscle felt amazing on every level.
We continued healing our bodies with more movements. Flowing through mindful poses and deeper stretches, we released what no longer served us, feeling grateful and still.

About Wellness & Yoga Retreats
Forget about perfectly aligned chakras or spending hours on a mat. These retreats are about the 'vibe life balance'. We spend the days flowing through light asanas, sharing honest stories in our circles, and honestly, just letting our nervous systems finally reset away from the constant noise.
If you are tired of the boss ki daant, endless deadlines, and that constant, low-level anxiety, you are in the right place. I started these retreats because I noticed that most travel today is just about ticking off locations, not actually feeling anything.
What to Expect
This is not a bootcamp. My 3-day retreats are designed to help you slow down. We balance morning yoga sessions with mindful meditation, journaling, and nature walks. You will find a community of like-minded people who are all there for the same reason—to pause. We eat well, we move our bodies, and we actually talk to each other.
The Itinerary
- Day 1: Arrival and icebreakers. We start with an opening circle to set our intentions and leave the city stress behind.
- Day 2: The core experience. We move through asanas, practice pranayama, and spend time on gratitude journaling. Evenings are for meditation and shared meals.
- Day 3: Integration. We wrap up with a final flow, a short trek to a local waterfall, and a closing appreciation circle before heading back.
Safety and comfort are non-negotiable here. I personally ensure our stays are peaceful and our food is fresh. You just show up, and I handle the logistics. Whether you are a beginner at yoga or just need a quiet weekend, this is your safe space to breathe.
