My Story

Namaskar. The Yoga Institute, sabse purana yoga center hai – 1918 se. Mere sasur ji, Shri Yogendraji, ne shuruaat ki thi, sapna tha ki yoga har ghar ka hissa ho. Mother Sitadevi Yogendra aur Dr. Jayadeva Yogendra ne legacy ko aage badhaya. Ab main, Hansa ma, mission ko continue kar rahi hoon. Meri baat, log kehte hain maa jaisi lagti hai. Yoga sirf asan nahi, attitude, khana, soch – sab kuch hai. Dar ke nahi jeena hai – life ko face karo, balance pao.
