We specialize in reshaping your nose to balance aesthetics and function. Using your own cartilage, we focus on safe, permanent results that blend naturally with your face.

One week after his rhinoplasty, this patient shares his motivation. He felt his "boxy" nose tip affected his self-confidence during work presentations. He chose us because of our detailed approach that balances aesthetics with nasal function, and he describes the surgery itself as completely comfortable.

This patient had a small nose that didn't suit his face. We performed a rhinoplasty using his own rib cartilage to augment the nose and give it a stronger, more masculine appearance. He shares that while there was some discomfort for a day or two, the process was manageable and he is very happy with the result.

I do not use synthetic implants in rhinoplasty. While implants are easier to place, they carry a higher risk of infection and rejection years later. I prefer using the patient's own rib cartilage. It is a more technically challenging but far more reliable and safer method for long-term, natural results.

A "saddle nose" is a collapse of the nasal bridge, often caused by injury or a previous surgery where too much cartilage was removed. We can reconstruct the nose and restore its strength, often using rib cartilage. This is a complex repair, so it's vital to choose a surgeon with experience in these cases.

Will rhinoplasty leave a visible scar? I explain in Kannada that the main incision is a tiny cut in the center, with other cuts hidden inside the nose. This mark is extremely difficult to see unless someone is looking for it up close. For a natural result where no one knows you had surgery, choosing the right surgeon is key.

Is rhinoplasty safe? In the hands of an experienced surgeon who specializes in this procedure, it is a very safe operation. Our team includes both a plastic surgeon and an ENT surgeon, allowing us to improve the nose's shape and breathing function at the same time for the best possible outcome.

Can you get a nose piercing after rhinoplasty? Yes, you can. We recommend waiting about two to three months for the nose to heal completely. If you have an existing piercing, the hole may close during surgery, but it can be re-pierced once everything has settled.

About this collection

Many people fear that a nose job will leave them with a fake, 'done' look. My goal is simple: yaargu gotthagalla (no one will know). We avoid synthetic implants because they carry long-term risks. Instead, we use your own cartilage—often from the rib—to build a structure that is stronger, safer, and completely natural to your facial anatomy.

Why We Avoid Synthetic Implants

In our practice, we never use synthetic implants for rhinoplasty. While implants are faster and easier to place, they carry a high risk of infection or rejection, even years after surgery. Using your own tissue, typically rib cartilage, is technically more challenging, but it is far more reliable. Because the material comes from your own body, it integrates seamlessly, drastically lowering the risk of complications and ensuring your result lasts a lifetime.

Combining Form and Function

Most patients seeking a rhinoplasty also have concerns about their breathing. If you have a deviated septum, we can correct the structural blockage and reshape the nose in a single procedure. It is efficient and gives the best aesthetic results, as we often use the septal cartilage removed during the functional repair for the cosmetic shaping.

What to Expect

Safety is non-negotiable. Most of our surgeries are performed under local anesthesia or twilight sedation, avoiding the risks of general anesthesia.

  • Timeline: You will have a splint for 7 days. Most patients return to light activities in a few days and are back to work within a week.
  • Age: We recommend waiting until age 21 for full facial skeletal maturity, though we may consider 18 in specific cases.

Whether you are dealing with a collapsed bridge (saddle nose), a bulbous tip, or simply want a nose that fits your face better, we provide an honest assessment of what is possible. We won't promise miracles, but we will give you a result that looks real.
