About Additional Work
Beyond the grand ceremonies, my approach focuses on the quiet, in-between moments—the way sunlight hits a lace veil or the nervous energy before a bride walks down the aisle. Whether I am shooting at a palace in Udaipur or a coastal garden in Goa, my goal is to blend your unique family traditions with an editorial aesthetic that feels timeless rather than staged.
Photography is never just about capturing the event; it is about documenting the narrative of your life. In these images, you will see a mix of high-fashion editorial portraits and candid, unposed interactions.
My Editorial Process
My technique relies on light and composition to make your images look distinct. I do not simply document what happens; I look for the texture of your outfit, the architecture of your venue, and the interaction between you and your guests. This is why I focus on:
- Lighting: Utilizing non-intrusive ambient setups, especially in dimly lit indoor venues like palace halls.
- Direction: I provide enough guidance to help you feel comfortable, but leave enough space for genuine emotion to emerge.
- Styling Integration: Working with my mother, Nisha Kundnani, allows us to align your wardrobe choices with the venue’s background. This ensures that the colors of your lehenga or sherwani complement the setting.
Why This Matters
When you look at these photos ten or twenty years from now, you should not just remember how you looked, but how you felt. Whether we are in the historic lanes of London or the beaches of California, the objective remains the same: a clean, classic, and high-end result. I am constantly scouting locations to ensure we have the perfect backdrop for your portraits, turning your wedding location into a canvas for your story.
