My Story
Hey, we’re The Shala. Sonakshi here - I’m the one guiding you. Burnout hit me hard once, even though I teach calm, so I ran off to Dharamkot for ten days just to breathe again. Turns out, wellness isn’t about chasing perfection. Sometimes you need yoga, sometimes you need to rot in bed and doom scroll. I love journaling, mountains, thrillers, and cuddling my dog Kiwi. Ordinary stuff, slow days - that’s real balance for me.
My Work

Mysore Style - No Stress - Mysore style is super flexible, not scary. Just show up as you are, and let the practice do its thing.
Way Beyond Poses - It’s not about fancy shapes. We get grounded, find focus, and learn to handle discomfort for better living.
