About Connect & Vibe: Socials, Music & Dance
When you walk into one of our social mixers or jam sessions, you will not find a room full of people staring at their phones. We keep the groups intimate enough that you actually talk, and we usually have an icebreaker or a quick game, like blindfolded dancing or a round of Never Have I Ever, to make sure you are not standing in the corner alone. It is not about networking or showing off, it is just about showing up.
We started Small World because we got tired of watching everyone, ourselves included, stare at screens instead of living. If you are bored of dating apps or just want to make friends without the usual 'so, what do you do for a living' interrogation, this is for you.
Our jam sessions are exactly what they sound like. You do not need to be a professional musician; you just need to appreciate the vibe.
