Understanding Laser Skin Rejuvenation
Laser treatments work by using specific wavelengths of light to target concerns like melanin, collagen production, or surface texture. - Hollywood Carbon Peel: This is a two-step procedure. I apply a medical-grade liquid carbon suspension to your skin, which penetrates the pores. A laser is then used to vaporize the carbon, which exfoliates the outer layer of dead skin, shrinks pores, and stimulates collagen. It is excellent for an immediate, non-invasive glow.
- Q-switched Nd:YAG Laser: This is my primary tool for pigmentation correction and tattoo removal. It operates by delivering high-energy pulses that break down pigment particles, which your body then naturally clears away. It is highly effective for sun damage and uneven skin tone.
