12 years back, I left drugs, started from zero. Now, fear’s gone - I just live. Yoga’s my life, not just a mat thing. Mountains, rivers, forts - I do inversions anywhere, crazy solo treks too. गड किल्ले एकांतात पाहणे, that’s magic (seeing forts alone, unforgettable). Bow my head to Shiv Shambhu, always. Yoga Classes for All - We teach Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar props yoga, yoga therapy, pregnancy yoga sessions, kids batches, pranayama and meditation. Online and offline.
