About Custom Logo Molds for Your Brand
Before you invest in a custom mold, consider the Shore hardness of the material. For intricate logos, I recommend a medium-soft 15-25 Shore A hardness; this ensures you can demold your soaps or chocolates without tearing delicate edges while maintaining fine details. If you have a specific vector file or a rough sketch, send it over via WhatsApp. We will look at whether embossing or debossing will work better for your specific product base, like cold process soap or molded chocolate.

Custom Silicone Molds vs. Brass Stamps
Choosing the right tool depends on your production method:
- Silicone Molds: Ideal for multi-cavity production. Whether you are doing small batches at home or scaling up to hundreds of pieces, I use industrial-grade RTV-2 silicone. It is heat-resistant up to 200°C and flexible enough to ensure a clean release every time.
- Brass Branding Stamps: If you prefer the artisanal, hand-stamped look, these are perfect. I use CNC deep-engraving on solid brass blocks. These are best used on semi-set soap (cold process) or clay to create a crisp, lasting impression that feels high-end.
The Customization Process
I make this simple:
- Design Review: Share your logo or design with me. Vector files work best, but I can often work with high-resolution images.
- Configuration: We decide on the shape (square, circle, or custom geometry) and the number of cavities you need.
- Prototyping: I create the master die, ensuring the depth of the engraving allows for clean impressions without trapping air bubbles.
