I believe in transparency and direct communication. These photos show where I work, how I prepare your case files, and the courts where I fight for my clients every day.

This is my office library, where I do the research and build the foundation for your case. A strong legal argument starts with thorough preparation, and I make sure every detail is covered before we step into court.

In the corridors of the court, dressed in my advocate's robes. This is my everyday environment, where I navigate the legal system to represent your interests effectively.

A look at my office chamber where I meet clients. Here, we can have a straightforward conversation about your situation, whether it's for bail applications, divorce settlements, or real estate law advice.

Here I am with fellow advocates at Saket District Court. Being an active part of the legal community is important to me and shows my commitment to upholding the law and our rights.

A picture of me at the historic Patiala House Courts in Delhi. I practice across various district courts to ensure I can provide comprehensive legal help wherever my clients need me.

A professional portrait taken outdoors. As your advocate, I believe in presenting a confident and approachable front, ready to stand up for you.

Discussing case strategy with my colleagues outside the courtroom. Collaboration and clear communication are key to building a strong defense or argument for any civil or criminal case.

Reviewing case files and legal documents at my desk. I personally go through all the paperwork to ensure nothing is missed, which is crucial for matters like property disputes and contract law.

About Featured

When you step into my chamber at Saket Court, you are not just getting legal advice. You are getting a clear, no-nonsense assessment of your case files. I personally review every document, whether it is an FIR, a property deed, or a divorce petition, to provide a realistic feasibility check before we ever step foot in a courtroom.

My approach to the law is rooted in being a practitioner rather than a paper-pusher. Legal issues, whether they involve criminal defense, property disputes, or family settlements, are stressful. My goal is to remove the uncertainty by being upfront about the risks and the likely trajectory of your case.

Where I Practice

While I am based at Chamber No. 686 in the Saket District Court, my practice is mobile and active. I am a regular at major Delhi legal hubs including the Dwarka District Court, Patiala House Court, and Karkardooma Court. Being present in these courts daily allows me to stay updated on registry procedures and judicial trends, which I use to represent your interests more effectively.

My Philosophy

I believe that being an advocate is about more than just arguing in front of a judge. It is about availability and commitment. From the moment we sit down for a consultation, you will know exactly where your case stands. I handle end-to-end tasks, from drafting legal notices and bail applications to appearing for hearings. I do not make false promises. If a case has merit, we fight for it. If there are risks, you will hear them from me directly.

I am Shiv. I practice law with a simple belief: if a case has legal merit, we fight for it. I do not use complicated jargon, so you can expect honest answers and a straightforward plan of action for your legal matter.
