About this collection
Most people focus on the mirror, but I focus on what your body can actually do. When you master your own weight through pull-ups or rope climbs, you are building a spine and core that won't give out on you. It is not about big muscles, it is about being able to move, climb, and react without injury.
We train differently at my sessions in Amrutahalli, HBR Layout, and Yelahanka. Whether we are using the garage gym setup or going outdoors for adventure-based drills, the goal remains the same: durability. I do not care about how much you can bench press if you cannot control your own body weight. We use high-intensity intervals, rope climbs, and calisthenics to build explosive power that actually transfers to sports, or just walking up a flight of stairs without gasping for air.
This is raw, unrefined fitness. We sweat, we shout 'isko isko' to keep moving, and we push each other. It is about building a body that works for you, not just looks good in a picture. If you are looking for a comfortable AC gym with mirrors everywhere, this is not it. This is where you come to sweat, learn proper form, and get stronger.
