Company Owned Franchise (COFO) License

- 5-Year Operating Rights: Exclusive license to operate an existing Company Owned Kitchen.
- Facility Access: Usage of provided commercial equipment (stoves, worktables, exhaust) with no capital spend.
- Conditional Rent: Monthly rental obligation (approx INR 25,000) structured to kick in only after specific sales targets are met.

- Utility Operations: Coverage of running costs including electricity, water, and commercial gas connections.
