The Art of My Handmade Organic Henna
I believe henna should feel like a celebration, not a compromise on safety. I handcraft my own organic cones to ensure a deep, natural stain without any harsh chemicals.
Here is a detailed video on how I mix my organic henna paste. I show the exact ingredients and measurements I use, from henna powder and sugar to my special blend of essential oils for a better stain.

About My Process & Organic Henna
Many people ask about the orange stain they get initially. With my organic blend, the color starts as a light orange and matures into a deep maroon over 48 hours. If you need that dark finish for a wedding or festival, please make sure to book me at least two days before so the color has time to fully develop on your skin.
Why I Make My Own Paste
I stopped using store-bought instant cones years ago. They are often full of synthetic dyes and chemicals to force an instant black stain, which can cause severe skin reactions. Instead, I make my own paste in small batches. It is a simple, honest recipe: 100% organic henna powder, sugar, water, and my specific blend of eucalyptus and tea tree essential oils.
The Process Matters
Creating the perfect paste is a labor of love. I mix the powder and essential oils, then let the dye release for 12 hours before filling my cones. This process ensures that when I apply the design to your hand, the paste is smooth, consistent, and safe. Because there are no chemicals, you do not need to worry about irritation or rashes, which makes this perfect for children or anyone with sensitive skin.
How to Care for Your Stain
Since I do not use chemicals to darken the stain, the final color depends on how you care for the design. After the paste dries and flakes off, avoid water for the first few hours. The longer you keep the area warm and away from soap, the deeper the maroon color will be. I am always happy to walk you through the aftercare routine when I visit your home, so your henna looks beautiful for your event.
