Healthy Puppy Development: Raised With Care at Sabari Kennel
A healthy start makes a happy dog. At my Sunkadakatte kennel, I ensure every litter stays with their mother for natural nutrition and social growth, free from broker interference.
I want to be transparent about my process. This video shows a mother Shih Tzu giving birth, and me helping clean the newborn puppy. This is the care and attention every puppy gets from the moment it is born.
This is a whelping area for a new litter. The mother and her newborn puppies are kept in a warm, safe space with a heater. A healthy start is critical, and I make sure they have it.
This is something special. My Labrador and Rottweiler mothers nursing their litters together. This shows the amazing environment at my kennel. The puppies grow up healthy, well fed, and socialized with other dogs.
A mother Shih Tzu feeding her big, healthy litter. Letting the puppies nurse with their mom for the first few weeks is super important for their immunity and growth. I never separate them early.
More proof of my commitment to healthy puppies. Here is another mother Shih Tzu nursing her litter on a clean floor. They are content and growing strong together.
About Raised With Care: The First Weeks
I never rush the weaning process. My puppies stay with their mothers for 45 to 60 days, feeding on natural milk, which is the only way to build their immunity. Many people ask for puppies at 30 days, but I strictly say no. If you visit my Sunkadakatte kennel, you will see the mothers and pups together, showing exactly how they grow before they come home with you.
When you pick a puppy from Sabari Kennel, you are getting one that has been raised with actual care, not kept in a cage by some middleman. My process is simple and transparent.
The Sunkadakatte Standard
I believe the first few weeks determine the puppy's entire life. My whelping area is kept warm with heaters, clean, and quiet so the mother feels safe. You will see that I keep my Labrador, Rottweiler, and Shih Tzu mothers with their litters for as long as needed. This bonding time teaches the puppies manners and social skills from their own kind.
Why I Avoid Early Separation
Brokers often sell puppies at 30 days because they want to clear stock and get paid. This is dangerous for the pup. My puppies are only ready for a new home once they have hit the 45 to 60-day mark. By this time, they are fully weaned, dewormed, and eating starter mousse or soft kibble.
Transparency You Can See
If you want to see how we work, banni (come) to my kennel in Sunkadakatte. I am not hiding anything. I show you the mothers, the living conditions, and the health of the litter. If you are not in Bangalore, I send real videos of the puppies with their mother. I do not use fancy marketing. I provide healthy, purebred dogs at an honest price, and I stand by every puppy that leaves my home.
