Hey! We’re Pilates For You, a studio born from a love for Contrology and a little bit of magic from my best half. ACE certified, a nutritionist, and always chasing the next mountain or memory. Our vibe? Hauz Khas, good energy, and zero boring routines. When we’re not helping you fix your posture or get strong, we’re probably off the grid somewhere in Himachal. Pilates & Strength Training - We do Reformer Pilates, Cadillac, Mat sessions, strength workouts, and personal pilates training at home.
