About Legal Commentary Feature
My work in legal commentary is built on a simple premise, which is that law should be out in the open rather than locked in textbooks. Whether it is a segment on Sansad TV discussing new acts or an analysis of GST compliance in Outlook, my goal is to break down complex legal frameworks into actionable information for the public. I treat every media appearance and panel as an opportunity to fix accountability and ensure that the rule of law is understood by the people it serves.
Engagement with public policy and legal reform requires a commitment to clarity. When I participate in panel discussions or write for national platforms, I focus on the intersection of legislation and the common person's life.

- Consumer Rights & GST: My focus here is on transparency. Discussions around tax reforms like 'One Nation, One Tax' often suffer from a lack of clear communication to the end consumer. I aim to bridge that gap.
- Real Estate & RERA: Having handled high-profile litigation like the Noida twin tower case, I bring practical, on-the-ground experience to policy debates on real estate reform.
- Cyber Law & Digital Courts: As the judiciary moves toward digital transformation, I actively contribute to the discourse on how digital courts and cyber policies impact everyday justice.
My Approach to Public Speaking
I do not simply present theories. My sessions—whether virtual webinars or in-person keynote speeches—are structured to invite participation. A typical session involves a 60-minute analysis followed by an interactive Q&A where I address specific concerns from the audience. I have delivered lectures on campuses, led policy-level webinars for NGOs, and provided expert analysis on Akashvani and national news channels.
