Structure & Mounting
- Material: Hot Dip Galvanized Iron (HDGI) structure designed for wind speeds up to 150 km/ph.
- Type: Flush mount (tin shed) or low-height ballast mount (RCC roof). Note: This tier does not include elevated walkways or high-rise structures.
- Hardware: SS-304 grade stainless steel nuts and bolts for rust prevention.
Electrical Safety
- Protection: ACDB and DCDB boxes with necessary MCBs and Surge Protection Devices (SPDs).
- Cabling: UV-resistant DC Solar Cables and Armoured AC Cables from inverter to metering point.
- Earthing: 3-point chemical earthing system (DC, AC, and Lightning Arrester).
- Lightning: Conventional Lightning Arrester mounted on the highest point.
