About Our Breeding Program: Pups with Potential
These are not pet-shop puppies. The current litter from Max and Thunder is the first in India where both parents hold PSA1 titles, meaning you are getting a dog with proven KNPV genetics. I raise these pups with a focus on nerve stability and drive, but because they are high-performance working dogs, I only place them in homes that are ready for the responsibility of training and handling a dog of this caliber.
When you buy a puppy from my breeding program at Operant K9, you aren't just getting a dog. You are getting the result of years of work selecting for courage, drive, and stability. Both Max and Thunder have been tested in the field, and their progeny from this KNPV bloodline are built to work.
The Rearing Protocol
I don't believe in taking shortcuts with nutrition or early development. These puppies are raised on high-grade mousse and goat milk to ensure proper bone density and health from the very first weeks. Before a puppy leaves my kennel, we conduct Volhard aptitude testing to understand their drive levels, and we expose them to environmental stressors, loud noises, and surfaces to build the 'strong nerves' required for a working life.
Why High-Drive Matters
A Belgian Malinois or Dutch Shepherd from a working line is a different animal compared to a generic pet. They have a high prey drive and an intense need to engage, which is zabardast (amazing) if you are a handler chasing titles in dog sports or need a reliable personal protection dog. However, this energy needs an outlet. If you don't have experience with high-drive dogs, be prepared for a steep learning curve. I offer mentorship to help you get the best out of your pup, but you must be willing to put in the work.
What You Get
Every puppy comes with a complete medical record, including core vaccinations (DHPPI) and a vet-certified physical inspection. You will also get the pedigree charts and BRN numbers for the parents, so you can trace the lineage yourself. I am transparent about the genetics because quality matters.
