5.1 Living Room Surround Package
Core Audio Hardware (Polk & Denon)
- Front Speakers: 1 Pair of Polk Monitor XT60 or Signature Elite ES50 floor-standing towers for stereo imaging.
- Center Speaker: 1 Unit matching Polk XT30/ES30 for dialogue clarity.
- Rear Speakers: 1 Pair of Polk XT15/ES15 bookshelf speakers for surround effects.
- Subwoofer: 1 Unit 12-inch Powered Subwoofer (Polk Monitor XT12 or HTS 10).
- AV Receiver: Denon AVR-X series (7.2 Channel, 8K Video support, HEOS Built-in).
Cabling & Connectivity
- Speaker Wire: 16AWG High-purity Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) cable (up to 50 meters).
- Cables: Premium shielded RCA subwoofer cable and 8K-ready HDMI 2.1 cable for TV e-ARC connection.

Installation
- Setup: Unboxing, placement, and wall-mounting of rear speakers.

Civil Integration & Installation
- Pre-wire: Site visits to mark cutting points for false ceilings and walls.
- Acoustics: Installation of back-boxes for in-wall speakers to reduce sound leakage.

7.2.4 Turnkey Private Cinema Suite
Reference Grade Audio
- Speakers: 7.2.4 Channel Layout using Premium KEF R Meta Series or Custom Theory Audio Design drivers.

- Projector: Native 4K Laser Projector (Sony/JVC) for pitch-black contrast and DCI-P3 color accuracy.
- Screen: 130 inch+ Acoustically Transparent Fixed Frame Screen (speakers placed behind the screen).
Acoustics & Interiors
- Treatment: Full room analysis followed by installation of absorption panels, diffusers, and corner bass traps.
- Seating: 5-6 Motorized Recliners (Stadium arrangement) with cup holders.
