Themed Kids' Birthday & Baby Shower Decor
Theme & Backdrop
- Main Backdrop: 8x8 ft setup with choice of Round Ring structure or Shimmer Wall (Sequin panels) tailored to themes like Boss Baby, Unicorn, or Cocomelon.
- Signage: Standard LED Neon sign (Happy Birthday or Oh Baby) mounted on the backdrop.
- Props: 3 to 4 High-definition foam board cutouts (3ft to 4ft height) matching the character theme.
Balloon Decor
- Styling: Approx. 800-1000 high-quality latex balloons in an organic garland style.
- Composition: Mix of Pastel Matte, Chrome, and Confetti balloons.
- Entrance: Standard semi-arch or full balloon arch at the venue entry.
Stage Elements
- Display: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals (Metal or Acrylic) for cake placement.
- Flooring: 10x10 ft carpet for the photo area (Red, Grey, or Artificial Grass).
- Lighting: 4 LED Par cans to highlight the decor.
Logistics
- Team: Setup and teardown crew included.
- Transport: Logistics included within 15km radius of East Delhi/NCR.

Grand Stage Configuration
- Backdrop: 20ft (W) x 10ft (H) heavy density artificial floral wall (Hydrangeas/Roses) or Glamour Wall with sequin panels.
- Furniture: Premium 2-seater Couple Sofa (Louis/Victorian style) with side chairs.
- Flooring: White Laminated flooring or Printed Flex on wooden ply (16x12 ft) for a reflective finish.
Professional Lighting
- Illumination: 10-12 LED Par Cans for color washing.
- Effects: 2 Moving Head lights (Sharpies) for dynamic textures.
- Ceiling: 1-2 Crystal chandeliers (venue height permitting).
Aisle & Entrance
- Walkway: 20ft Red or masking carpet leading to the stage.
- Pillars: 6 Floral pillars or Glass Candelabras with LED candles lining the aisle.
- Entrance Arch: Floral pasted arch matching the stage theme with a welcome board.
- Branding: Custom acrylic or neon hashtag integrated into the backdrop.

- Structure: 40ft+ width truss layout with hanging artificial floral ceilings (Wisteria/Orchids).
- Tech Integration: 8x12 ft P3/P4 LED Video Wall in the center backdrop for graphics or live feed.

Signature Walkway
- Mirrored Aisle: 40 running feet of reflective Acrylic/Glass finish aisle raised on a wooden platform.

- Entry: Dry Ice machine setup (15kg consumable) for low-lying fog effect.
- Highlight Moments: 6 to 8 Cold Pyro shots (electronic sparklers) and paper blast cannons.

I don’t believe in boring parties. For me, every event is a chance to go big or go home. If you want a celebration that actually feels special, I’m here for it. Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, random pool parties – all deserve that luxury event decor vibe, not just some random balloons and ribbons.

I start by listening. You tell me your dream, I’ll give you options. I don’t push my style onto you. I want the decor to actually feel like yours. Jab client khush hota hai, tab main khush hota hoon (When the client is happy, I’m happy). That’s the rule.
Themes & Magic
Whatever your theme, I’ll make it happen. I’ve done wild themed kids’ party decorations like Candyland, Cocomelon, Unicorns, Boss Baby – all that. Weddings? Everything from bright Mehendi draping to dramatic stage setups, deepanjali entries, and matka or floral mandaps.
