I honestly believe a saree shouldn't be a chore to wear. My Mul cotton sarees are super breathable and soft, which means you don't need to stress about stiff pleats or ironing for hours. When I started Taarini, I wanted to create something I would actually wear on a Tuesday afternoon—no fuss, just comfort. The secret is the single-weave Mul cotton fabric. It is naturally soft and lightweight, so it falls beautifully without needing extra starch or complex pinning. Whether you are heading to the office or meeting friends, these sarees let you move freely.
Since most of my cotton sarees come with a matching or contrast blouse piece, you can play around with the look. Pair the flamingo-print cotton with a sleeveless solid black blouse to make it more contemporary, or go for a classic V-neck to keep it traditional. I personally love mixing my printed sarees with my readymade Hakoba or Kalamkari blouses for that extra pop.
