Every session starts with a clear, simple briefing. I walk everyone through the plan for the day, explaining how we will break down the process of learning to ride. It is all about creating a relaxed, no pressure group environment.

We run these sessions on the quiet residential streets of Indiranagar 2nd Stage. It is a controlled, low-traffic environment where you can focus entirely on your balance. We start by walking alongside you, holding the saddle until you feel steady, ensuring you never feel unsupported or unsafe during those first wobbles.
Our Step-by-Step Approach
Learning to cycle as an adult is more about relaxing than physical strength. Most people tense up when they get on a bike, which is why we break the process down. We start with balancing, usually without using the pedals, to get you comfortable with the center of gravity. Only once you feel steady do we introduce the pedaling motion. We use premium hybrid or mountain bikes, adjusted to your height so you can easily put your feet flat on the ground if you feel unbalanced.
What to Expect at the Session
Each session is a two-hour block, typically on a Saturday morning. You do not need to own a bike. We provide a well-maintained cycle and a safety helmet, so you just need to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. We keep the instructor-to-student ratio low, meaning you get dedicated attention rather than being lost in a crowd. We even include a post-ride coffee and snack at our store to help you recover.
