My Story

We’re Subhash and Nirankar, founders of Panchsheel Yoga Therapy. Our place isn’t just about perfect yoga poses. We’re more like a family – celebrating Holi, doing outdoor yoga workouts, having masti (fun). Trained in yoga therapy, sure, but it’s daily practice and guiding everyone – kids, elders, future teachers – that teaches us most. Watching someone nail a headstand or find peace in Trataka kriya, that’s why we do this. Yoga here is a journey, not a show.

My Work

Yoga & Fitness Classes for Everyone - We offer therapeutic yoga, power yoga, traditional Hatha & Ashtanga, Zumba, dance, floor workouts, personal training, and pre/post natal yoga.

Flexible Class Options - Join us at Shakarpur studio, online, or at home. Morning and evening batches available.

Traditional Yogic Cleansing - Experience Shatkarma cleansing techniques like Jal Neti for full body and mind detox.

Yoga Teacher Training Certification - YTTC courses: 200, 300, 500 hours. We train future yoga teachers, Yoga Alliance certified.

Community & Outdoor Yoga Workouts - We mix fitness with fun – group activities, outdoor yoga workouts, competitions, and friendship.
