Namaste! I’m Krishnaveni. I grew up watching my attayyagaru whip up magic in our Telugu kitchen—food was always medicine first. My friends, neighbours, all stuck fighting PCOD, thyroid, post-pregnancy weight. No one tells you how hard it is, right? I saw the struggle, felt it too.
