My Story
You know, I tumbled from media into yoga, and wow, it’s been wild. Yoga kinda found me, dragged me out to the mountains, forests, ocean – those places taught me more than any classroom. Yoga Retreats & Adventures - I run nature-inspired yoga retreats, mixing movement, breath, and places like Ladakh or Indonesia. Yoga & Surf retreats are my favourite.
Yoga Teaching & Training - I guide beginners step by step, building solid basics before moving to advanced. Every journey is personal.
Workshops & Self-Enquiry - I host workshops—think prop-assisted yoga, Iyengar-inspired, or deep Restorative yoga for nervous system balance. Online and offline.
