When I walk into the Tis Hazari or Supreme Court, I am not looking for a compromise. I am looking for the loophole, the procedural error, or the evidence that clears my client. My approach is not passive. My team at Kumar & Malik Law Offices and I treat every file like a war strategy, often analyzing charge sheets until dawn. The Battlefield
Legal proceedings in Delhi are often long and exhausting. Many lawyers take the easy route, looking for adjournments to drag out the process. I do not. My training as an MMA fighter gives me the stamina to outlast the opposition. A case is never just paperwork; it is a live struggle that requires discipline.
Built for Combat
I do not work in isolation. My team at Kumar & Malik Law Offices is built on the same principles of loyalty and aggression. We manage everything from jail visits (Mulakat) to cross-examining hostile witnesses. When the police system falters, we are the ones who file protest petitions and force accountability. We do not fear the authorities; we challenge them.
