My Story
Barbellhouse is my dream, built from scratch after years of grinding as a weightlifter. I started late, at 22, and yeah, it was rough - money problems, setbacks, but faith and my mom kept me going. Jai Hanuman! I always say, ‘You vs you is the real fight.’ This gym is proof that hard work and prayers pay off. I’m chasing my champion title, and I want everyone who walks in to feel like they can chase theirs too.
My Work
Strength & Conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, Yoga, Dance Fitness - We train folks in everything from Olympic weightlifting platform work to dance fitness and yoga.
Train with real experience - I bring my national-level weightlifting to every session - focus is technique, speed, power, and recovery.
For all ages and levels - Kids, athletes, beginners - everyone gets the same push. We help you find your strength, no matter where you start.
