About Romantic Dining Under the Stars
For these dinners, we assign you a private butler who manages everything from the candlelight to the menu flow, so the only thing you have to focus on is the person sitting across from you. If you choose our Solace spot, we set you up in a secluded gazebo away from the main resort activity, giving you a full view of the hills under the open sky.
We offer two distinct ways to spend your evening. Solace is our outdoor experience, designed for those who want to dine under the stars with the Nandi Hills landscape as a backdrop. You will have a private gazebo, fairy lights, and a dedicated butler who ensures your six-course meal flows perfectly.
If you prefer an indoor setting, Kokoon offers a different kind of quiet. It is our Asian restaurant, built with intimate nooks that feel miles away from the rest of the world. Here, the menu focuses on bold Asian flavors, such as handmade dim sums and wok-tossed dishes that pair well with cocktails crafted from herbs in our own garden.
These dinners are not just about the food. They are about the change of pace. We recommend arriving a little before sunset so you can watch the hills turn from green to blue before the lights come up. It is a popular spot for anniversaries and quiet celebrations, so we always suggest planning your date at least a week in advance to secure the prime outdoor tables.
