Rich, hand-drawn patterns featuring classic peacocks, architectural domes, and timeless paisleys for the bride's close family.

I created this full-arm mehendi for the groom's mother. It features beautiful architectural domes and a peacock in a jharokha (window), giving it a very royal and traditional feel.

This is the kind of rich, detailed mehendi I love doing for the bride's sister or best friend. It's full of traditional lotus and peacock motifs, and I even personalized it with "Bhai Ki Shadi" and the couple's names.

Another beautiful design for a bride's mom, this one combines a peacock, a temple bell, and lotus flowers. It's a semi-full design that covers the hand and forearm with meaningful traditional symbols.

This design is filled with classic elements like paired peacocks and lotus patterns. I use a lot of fine line work and detailed fillers like dots and checks to give the design depth and richness.

The back of the hand is just as important. This design features bands of different traditional patterns, including a row of cute elephants, floral motifs, and geometric checks for a really full look.

A beautiful back-hand design featuring hanging jhumka motifs. The pattern creates a V-shape that elongates the hands, and the mix of bold and delicate work is very eye-catching.

This back-hand design is packed with detail, featuring intricate bands and a cascade of lotus flowers down the middle finger. The fine, net-like filler work is something I take great pride in.

I love how these two hands have completely different but complementary designs. One hand features a classic mandala, while the other has a more intricate pattern with a kalash (pot) motif, both tied together with a lotus cuff.

A very full and intricate Indian mehendi design covering the entire palm. This pattern combines floral elements with geometric grids and bands, creating a rich texture that looks stunning.

This video shows how I apply the lemon and sugar mixture to set the mehendi and help it achieve a darker stain. The design itself is a beautiful, full-coverage Indian pattern with floral and geometric details.

About Traditional & Intricate Designs

When I create these dense, traditional patterns, the real secret is the henna paste I make myself in my kitchen. No store-bought shortcuts. The deep, dark stain you see in these photos comes from using 100% natural ingredients and applying a lemon-sugar mix to set the design. It takes a little more time during application, but the color result is definitely worth the wait.
