I specialize in creating timeless, radiant looks that honor our Kannada heritage, focusing on flawless skin, defined eyes, and authentic styling for your photoshoot.

A classic South Indian bridal look for a photoshoot, featuring a beautiful tissue silk saree. I created a warm, golden look with defined eyes and traditional jewelry placement to capture the essence of our heritage.

The joy in her smile says it all. This look features a flawless base with a pop of color on the lips, designed to complement the bright green and black saree and make her features shine.

A radiant and happy client ready for her photoshoot. The makeup features a dewy finish with a strong highlight on the cheekbones and a bold lip, which pairs beautifully with the colorful silk saree.

A beautiful, candid moment from a photoshoot. The makeup was kept elegant and understated to match the soft lavender and gold saree, with an emphasis on clean skin and defined eyes.

This video captures the full traditional look in an outdoor, rustic setting. The makeup was designed to be vibrant and long-lasting, ensuring she looked perfect from every angle against the natural backdrop.

See the complete look in motion. This video showcases the glowing makeup, the intricate hairstyle, and how beautifully the traditional attire comes together for a photoshoot.

A vibrant half-saree look perfect for pre-wedding festivities or photoshoots. I used warm tones on the eyes and a bright lip to match the colorful outfit, creating a youthful and celebratory feel.

About this collection

For these traditional shoots, I don't just do your makeup. I personally ensure your temple jewelry sits right and your silk saree is pleated perfectly, so everything looks cohesive for the camera. My hairstylist, Divya, and I work as a team to secure your jasmine-adorned braid or bun so it stays intact even during outdoor shoots in our local Bengaluru weather.

Your Look, Perfectly Crafted

A traditional photoshoot is more than just applying foundation. It’s about creating a look that respects our samskruthi (culture) while standing up to the camera’s lens. Whether you are draped in a heavy Kanjeevaram for a pre-wedding album or wearing a lighter silk for a maternity session, the makeup needs to balance the richness of your attire.

My Approach

  • Skin Prep: I use pore-minimizing primers and HD foundations (MAC/Huda) that handle humidity well, ensuring a dewy finish that doesn't look oily in photos.
  • The Details: I focus heavily on "defined features"—bold, kohl-rimmed eyes and a perfect bindi are non-negotiable for that authentic look.
  • Jewelry & Draping: I assist with setting netthi chutti (maang tikka) and vaddanam (hip belt). If your outfit is heavy, I make sure the draping is secure and flattering.

Teamwork for Perfection

I don’t work alone. I bring my hairstylist, Divya, to every shoot. We coordinate to make sure your jada (braid) or bun is adorned with fresh flowers that won't wilt before the photographer gets the shot. We’ve worked on locations across Devanahalli, Doddaballapura, and beyond, so we know how to adapt our kit to outdoor light and studio flashes.

If you have a specific vision—maybe a look inspired by a classic Kannada movie or a family heirloom saree—let’s chat. I’m here to make sure you feel like yourself, just a more polished, radiant version.
