Notice how I focus on the skin prep in every video. A lot of students think the magic happens with the eyeshadow or lipstick, but the truth is, if you skip cleansing, toning, and moisturizing, your base will never stay put. In my Banashankari studio, we spend a significant amount of time just getting the skin texture right before we even touch a foundation brush.
I do not believe in just showing you how to apply makeup; I believe in teaching you the 'why' behind every brush stroke. Whether we are building a festive glam look or a natural, 'no-makeup' aesthetic, the process remains the same. It is about understanding your skin type and using the right products, not necessarily the most expensive ones.
My classes, whether online or at my studio, are 100% hands-on because I want you to make the mistakes with me and fix them right there. You will learn everything from color correction for dark circles to getting that perfect winged eyeliner that does not smudge. We use professional brands like Forever52 and PAC, but I will also teach you how to build a vanity that works for your specific budget.
